Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organizing the efficient work of the office (creating and supervising compliance with appropriate procedures)
- Preparation and recording of company correspondence
- Administration of the office building, supervision of the technical and aesthetic condition of the administered rooms, including supervision of the equipment and fixed assets used
- Supervision over economic matters, office management
- Conducting matters in the field of property insurance and cooperation with insurance brokers
- Organization of business meetings
- Organization of business trips, booking hotels, airline tickets, etc
- Office support - office purchases, contact with clients, external suppliers and office administration
Our expectations:
- Very high organizational skills, experience in parallel coordination of many tasks
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- High professionalism in everyday operation in a business environment
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and other office applications
- Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
- Good to have a driving license
